Dynamic Of Leadership

The person I interviewed was Encik Sa’aut Bin Mohd Said who is the principal at SMK Adela. The history of his service has been working as a teacher since 1996 and started serving at SMK Adela in 2018 as a principal.
I chose him as a figure because I see Encik Sa’aut bin Mohd Said is described as a school leader and his position and position are authoritative, especially at SMK Adela.
When I arrived at SMK Adela I saw him also go down to the field with laboratory assistants and security guards in completing the school area fun project. For me, he has shown leadership through example that not only states the goals he wants to achieve but also helps to succeed.
At the beginning of my conversation with him, he stated that leadership is a difficult and complex concept because it involves the management of teachers, students, and outside organizations.
The result of the interview is that the leadership style used by Mr. Sa'aut is based on the situation. According to him, there is no perfect leadership style and it depends on the situation faced in an organization.
